Completed PT at Balances Pilates with an emphasis on pelvic floor and hip strength. Was very impressed with the amount of knowledge their specialists have. I have been very happy with the outcome.
Abby is an awesome physical therapist. Very knowledgeable and good at explaining everything from the treatment plan, the exercises, and also to any and all questions I had. Furthermore, the entire staff there is kind, Knowledgeable and caring always.

My experience with Balanced Physical Therapy has allowed me continue my recovery with PT to continue to work upon and improve on my balance from what was started at Mary Freebed Hospital in Grand Rapids after suffering a stroke in September.
