Judi is the best. She’s has been my physical therapist for decades. She takes the time to get to know the body and helps patients understand how interconnected everything is. She gives the right exercises to help the patient proactively strengthen and tone the body to build strength and agility.
I think Judi is special in that she has natural ability.witch I believe is not that easy to find. Plus on top of that she is fully educated. I feel We are very blessed to have such high quality therapy so close to home. And also I feel that her Palates classes saved me from more serious back pain.
she knows what i need. the body alignment work is physically and emotionally masterful.
