I received a gift card for my birthday and finally utilized it. I scheduled a facial, back facial, and deep tissue massage. I saw Sherean and she was wonderful. We had a mini consult prior to getting started, which I’ve never had with previous massages and facials. She communicated during the deep tissue, asking if I needed more pressure in a specific area. This has been my third visit at Balanced Life Spa. Today I had a 90 minute Lomi Lomi Massage and cupping with Sherean. She is absolutely amazing! I work 6 days a week and I am a plus size woman who is 5' 11" and work over 40 hours a week! Unfortunately, I have been pretty rough to my body over the years. My full time job is a stressful desk job where I am constantly sitting. My lower back, hips, shoulders and neck are always tight and in pain. I booked a same day appt with Amanda. First deep tissue massage ever and it was AMAZING! She was super sweet and explained everything to me. The place is cute and very clean. Highly recommend!
Deep tissue by Melissa, had her focus on upper neck and shoulders. excellent technique and welcoming reception to communication.
Nice location, just off Commercial Avenue. Plenty of parking. The venue is nicely decorated, comfortable and relaxing to hang out in while waiting for your appointment. I made the appointment because of some back issues. Amanda listened to my concerns and went to work on my massage. Discovered a few other issues which she explained. She really knew her stuff. I will be returning to this place monthly.
