I’m 11 days into your program and clean eating and I’m noticing some great things. Already feeling less lethargic and more energized. Brain fog is less frequent. My skin looks feels better! I’ve met with nutritionist in the past and it was a waist of time and money. However, that is not the case with Kay and her team. In the first few weeks, I’ve been able to lose roughly 20ibs.
