Thorough enjoyed my massage at Balanced Hart. Charlene was not only able to reduce the pain in my shoulder, but she was able to explain, where it was occuring, what was the probable cause, how she approached the problem area and also provided suggestions for preventing it from reoccurring.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage! I went in with some stubborn mid-back pain, and Charlie was not only super strong and able to apply the exact right pressure, but she also pinpointed the exact problem spot right away. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and incorporates her personal training background into her sessions. Her approach makes her a great addition to your support system if you're an active person dealing with aches and pains.
