My son has been at Balanced Family New Albany for almost two years now . Our experience has been the same since the first day, AMAZING! We sincerely appreciate all of the kindness and care they show my son on a daily bases . Special shout out to Mr.Phil , Ms.Celine, Ms Katelin Ms. Tabitha, Mrs Sara and the front desk team . Your support and education style has helped my son learn and accomplish milestones we were once unsure possible.
So grateful for our experience at BFA! As working parents, it means everything to know our daughter spends her days with teachers who love her as much as she loves them, and that she’s building friendships along the way. From the moment we toured, we knew it was the right fit - it felt calm, welcoming, and truly special. Every day since has only reinforced that. Thank you for creating such a safe, fun, and happy place for kids to learn and grow!

The strong structure and positive learning environment are evident as soon as you walk through the doors. The teachers are exceptionally prepared, dedicated, and genuinely care about their students. Overall, we have had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place to any family.
We’ve had our kiddo in this daycare for 1.5 years so far. We couldn’t be happier with the care he is getting. Between the administrators and teachers, they are so hands on and receptive, and the communication goes above and beyond! We love this daycare so much that it has been the biggest factor for us in decided where to live!
