We are incredibly grateful to have found this place! From the moment we toured and saw how everything is run, I knew it would be the perfect fit for our daughter. The strong structure and positive learning environment are evident as soon as you walk through the doors. The teachers are exceptionally prepared, dedicated, and genuinely care about their students. Overall, we have had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place to any family.
We’ve had our kiddo in this daycare for 1.5 years so far. We couldn’t be happier with the care he is getting. Between the administrators and teachers, they are so hands on and receptive, and the communication goes above and beyond! We love this daycare so much that it has been the biggest factor for us in decided where to live!
Our experience with Balanced Family Academy has been amazing. The love, care and attention that our child receives from his teachers truly gives us peace and confidence that our child is in a safe environment. As a first time mom, knowing I would have to leave my daughter at daycare was very anxiety provoking. BFA New Albany has completely ridden me of that anxiety. The staff have been wonderful and I truly believe they treat Ava like one of their own babies. They do more activities with her than I could ever come up with on my own. They work on new skills everyday. They stick to her bottle schedule and even helped me put her on a nap schedule. They give me a full report every day I pick her up.
