Shannon is amazing! I have been so hesitant about injections, as I had a bad experience years ago. People kept telling me I needed to make the drive to Fergus to see Shannon. She is so personable and friendly. She made me feel super comfortable, answering any questions I had prior to the appointment. There was zero pressure to go through with any procedure when I showed up for the consult. She took my concerns seriously, and decided to start small, and go from there.
