Balance Yoga and Wellness Studio is a warm and friendly place to learn yoga, or to advance your skills. I have been to many yoga/pilates studios and fitness centers, and none of them have provided the wonderful experience I've had at Balance! Owner Stacy, created this beautiful space without lacking in warmth and a sense of community. Balance offers a variety of different classes and times. The instructors are very passionate and supportive in helping the students with poses. They offer some interesting and informative workshops for greater health in mind and body!
