A lovely facility! I got a head massage with Alex and it was so relaxing. They also gave me a lovely tour of the place and it was cool to see it all. I will definitely be back!

Ive been floating for a long time, and usually love it; benefitting from the therapy. However, my last two sessions were not enjoyable experiences. October 8, 2025 - The music was annoying, high pitched and too loud. I had to break from my session to call to ask for it to be shut off, twice. After it was turned off, at two points during the remainder of the session, the speakers came back on, only with a loud static noise, again twice during my session. My first visit here and it was amazing. The employee on duty was so friendly and knowledgeable. She provided a full tour of the facility and did an excellent job explaining all of the available options to me. The salt room was very relaxing and my skin felt so soft afterwards. The entire facility is so clean and the front part of the store well merchandised with lots of books , jewelry etc. A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
