Every time I tried to reach out for updates all I got were excuses and zero accountability. The staff seemed careless unprofessional and completely untrained. Instead of solving problems they created more.
This was hands down the worst experience I ve ever had with any company. From the very beginning everything was a disaster. The service promised was never delivered properly deadlines were ignored, and the quality of work was beyond unacceptable.
The final product was sloppy incomplete and far from what was agreed upon. On top of that the attitude towards customers is unbelievably rude and dismissive. It honestly feels like they only care about taking your money and disappearing
No prior appointment, but we were able to get a couples massage within 30 minutes. We both had excellent therapists for our relaxing massages. Will definitely come back on our next stay in Melbourne.
