So much for a relaxing spa experience. I booked and PAID for a massage appointment online today for my boyfriend who works on average 70 hours a week in an attempt to give him a chance to unwind from his busy schedule. Amazing Spa Experience – I am a visitor to the New Orleans area but plan to visit this Spa any and every time I come back! First: mini "Come Clean" facial with Debby. She is a doll and just loved the products they use! Second: A Swedish Massage with Cranial Sacral Therapy add-on....FABULOUS! Tunde is very professional and created a very calming atmosphere. All in all. Loved this spa, loved their prices even more!

A very relaxing experience!! – I was visiting New Orleans and staying in the Loews Hotel. I decided to visit the Spa while my husband was attending meetings. Booking the appointment was easy and the massage was fabulous. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming! They had delicious fruit water and soothing music playing by the pool. The whole experience was very relaxing. I would definitely return back to the spa and recommend it to my friends if they ever visit New Orleans!!

Best Spa Experience – I stayed at the Loews Hotel last week and decided to treat myself to a serivce at the hotel spa. Balance Spa & Fitness exceeded my expectations and delievered a one of a kind spa experience. The staff there was friendly and very helpful. I received a facial from Debby and left feeling like a million bucks! The products they use are great and the service was fantastic. I've told all my friends and can't wait to go back for more!

Not What I Expected – When I called to schedule for my friends, I scheduled several services. The manager was suppose to send me an agenda. I had to call back three times. They did not return my calls. When we arrive, they did not have enough robes for everyone. The receptionist seemed somewhat overwhelmed and confused. There is not a lounge to sit and relax with your friends, unlike most of the spas I have gone to. Good service, but NEVER going back. – The service was good, and it was nice and relaxing. But when I checked my bank account a few days later, there was and extra $300 missing from my account. I called the spa and they told me that they added up my total wrong and that the first charge was void. But they were never planning to call and tell my that they had made a mistake and that the service was more than I signed for. Legally, they did nothing wrong.
