I contacted balanced with the intention to find my father an aged care home so he can be looked after properly. I have had dealings with Eric on two separate occasions, with both my mother and mother in law. We have also referred several other friends and family. We can only describe our journey prior to meeting Eric as a minefield. It was stressful, to say the least. Eric came back with a number of options and recommendations and helped to guide us through. We will always be grateful.
My consultant was extremely kind and patient and explained aged care superbly, and depressingly, well. He helped to make the unbearable a little more bearable.
I dealt with Eric in the Sydney office and he was absolutely amazing, really well versed in all the details and generous in sharing that knowledge. He was also incredibly compassionate and supportive at such a difficult time putting an elderly resident into care and being overwhelmed and baffled by the financials. HIGHLY recommend Balance Retirement to everyone!
