I recently visited Balance Physio and had an experience that left me disappointed. While I understand the need to maintain a peaceful environment, the way a staff member approached me about listening to a short voice message felt abrupt and unnecessarily strict. I wasn’t playing music or a loud video—just briefly checking a message—and was immediately told I must use headphones.
My appointment started on time which I appreciated and the Physiotherapist (Louise) clearly had decades of clinical experience. Louise quickly ascertained the root cause of my issues through asking specific questions and a targeted examination. I was also provided with a specific set of exercises (all accessed online with videos to demonstrate the correct movement) to ensure my issue does not reoccur. My thanks to Louise and the staff at Balance Physio, I appreciated your professional approach.
Louise is an amazing physio ... she treated my sprained ankle and within seconds told me it was most likely fractured, told me exactly where (which xray confirmed), gave me a great referral to a specialist which i got into the same day. Follow up care has been excellent - practical advice, not just the standard lines. Highly recommend to anyone who asks.
