Balance Wellness is a great place for self-care, both for the wonderful personalized and professional treatments and for the nice variety of classes, whether they be focused on yoga, Pilates, stability or strength training. All of the instructors are amazing. They are selected with great care and are very knowledgeable, experienced and easy to relate to. Classes are very well-planned and modifications are always offered to suit everyone. I highly recommend this place.
Best clinic for a pregnancy massage! I visited RMT Vanessa McBain in my 7th month of pregnancy to alleviate some of the sciatic nerve pain I was experiencing. What I loved especially was the massage table. They have the pregnancy cushion that supports your belly so you can actually lie the way you’re supposed to during a massage. I could have stayed there all day! I 💯 recommend doing the same if you’re pregnant. My only regret is not living closer to frequent the clinic more often.
Always extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the services provided.
