Shannon is great. Very attentive and tries to address all pains and issues you may have. Very professional and great demeanor. Looks to get to the root of your problems and make a plan to help long term, rather than just give you a massage. .
The way Shannon integrates Thai massage techniques and stretching with deep tissue is incredible and makes for a very unique, intuitive massage experience. After four days on horseback this was such a needed treat for my body! Whether you’re a local or just visiting, make some time for yourself. It’s an investment that keeps on giving. I am so impressed with the Detox spa package. Shannon truly is the best healer in Grand County. She always knows how to deal with old and current injuries from my high impact sports. She helped me clear up my digestive issues from detoxing my body from toxins. Her herbal blends are made with love and super tasty. Her healing energy is to be shared with anyone that is around her. 10/10 recommend!
