Craniosacral Therapy is amazing work, and Andrea has the healing touch! It's wild to experience the body shifting itself into place with Andrea's very gentle guidance. Highly recommend!!
Amazing!! So glad I found this practice. If you have never tried craniosacral therapy, you should. I had trouble with moving my neck, a headache and more when I went in. Previous Chiropractor visits just didn’t provide enough. One visit here and I felt amazing. It helped my chronic low back pain too! There is not enough space to tell you all that a session does, but our mind and body must work together to yield results and this is where it happens!! The bonus? It leaves you feeling relaxed like after a massage.
This was an excellent and unique experience. I highly recommend it if you feel emotionally heavy. It literally takes the weight off of your shoulders.
