I highly recommend Balance Found. The staff is very friendly and answer all your questions. Peggy who is on the front line of the office coordinates all appointments and paperwork very professionally, is on top of everything and is a real sweetheart! The medical professionals I have dealt with were all top notch especially Megan Reinhart who has given me several treatments which worked great with no complications! Customer service here is a priority which is rare these days!!
$150 for initial consult pay up front. When they want to be paid up front it's a bad sign indicating they don't plan on being helpful to where you feel good about paying and moving forward. It appears consults are overbooked as the waiting room was full.
First off I know most of the people who have gone here have been helped. My purpose is to alert the few that may not have a great outcome from these pellets. The biggest problem is once they are in, you can’t do anything to change that. So I have had the worst experience you could imagine. I do want to say that the staff for the most part were great.
