Julia is a star
Great massage and really knows your body and how to get out knots. Keep in mind it’s located inside a gym which early mornings have x fit and other loud banging things.
Two and a half years! Over that time, both my physical and mental well-being have benefitted from Julia's remedial massages and conversations. Julia very ably pinpoints the areas to massage to maintain my mobility, also advising on stretches to prolong the benefits. Her massage environment is a calming one to be in and I leave feeling relaxed and with more muscle function than when I arrived. I recommend that if you are in need of a massage you jump online to book an appointment. I certainly will be.
Julia is such a natural when it comes to healing the body!! I had her services all throughout my pregnancy right up until the week before and she got me through without suffering lower back and shoulder issues. Julia has also always known how to eliminate my knots on my back that most therapists tend to miss or give up on!
