This is the best kept secret in Redwood City...for now. This wellness spa in a true gem close to downtown RWC! I went there for the very first time yesterday and joined a Sound Healing, Breathwork and Reiki event with Jen. What a treat! The 1 hour session took place in their Himalayan Salt Room which was the perfect setting. It's a beautiful room with 8 comfortable chairs to relax and heal. Today I finally tried float therapy — and I absolutely loved it! It was exactly what I was hoping for: total relaxation for both body and mind. You feel like you’re floating in zero gravity, accompanied by calming meditative music. The spa center is wonderful — cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and a warm, attentive staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind.

It was a great experience. The owner was so accomodating and kind. The therapiy offerings are amazing. I will become a repeat customer. In the lobby area are Top shelf supplements, and the owner was helpful and knowledgable about her products. 5-star rating for sure. If you're considering a visit there, can I just give you a nudge in the right direction. Just go and experience it for yourself.
