I booked in 2 reformer classes while staying in Beechworth. Loved the classes and exercises were suited to each person in the class which was perfect. Such a beautiful studio and super comfy reformers.
Elyse and the team at Balance are nothing short of wonderful. I have had the benefit of seeing many practitioners over the past few years to help with musculoskeletal as well as women's health issues and can't recommend their service highly enough. I also attend their Pilates classes and the studio is a welcoming space for people of all sizes, ages, and stages of fitness with a personalised approach given by the teaching staff. We are very fortunate to have a service of this standard in our small community.
