I had liked my 1st facial. However, I was late for my 2nd and I waited for 20 mins. There was no1 at the reception, no notice to cancel. I had responded to text that I am coming. I understand I was late, but I would have appreciated some kind of acknowledgement after multiple calls/ messages to specialist and at spa.
Very professional and courteous staff, clean and organized space/environment. Staff members listen closely to needs and special requests. Always a very pleasant experience!
I had a facial by Rachel and it was amazing. She was professional and did a phenomenal job. I definitely will book her again!
Zoe is amazing. Highly recommend this establishment and her in particular for an amazing massage.
My daughter gifted me a massage here and I booked with Shelby, she was so amazing and I was so relaxed every minute! I have gotten so many massages at other places in and around Ann Arbor that now just seem “ok” compared to this, I also booked a mini facial and a foot scrub with it, best massage ever! Will definitely book here again! Thank you so much!
