Erin was lovely and very thorough. I was glad to be given at least partial answers to the vertigo and dizziness I’ve experienced for many years. The location of the clinic was definitely a challenge to find despite GPS. We basically circled it for about 10-15 minutes before we found it at the back of the building. That made me late for my appointment, I had called to tell them I couldn’t find the place but the desk wasn’t able to help. Definitely made for a chilly reception from all for a few minutes.
