Zero stars, terrible firm would not recommend to anyone. Many examples of bad customer service and very high rates with little to no response when I had problems.
We needed help with accounting and taxes, so we explained our needs and discussed how to save on taxes. After two meetings, James, the owner, suggested forming an S Corporation. He explained we'd have to pay extra for bookkeeping and a corp application but assured us it was the best option. We trusted his advice and went ahead. However, a few months later, the IRS rejected our S Corp application for 2023. We were never informed application might be denied.
