Do NOT order from this place! If I could give a zero I would. Placed an order on 1/15/25, followed up 30 days later by phone and they said it should be shipped in the next two weeks. It is now 3/4/25 and I haven’t received squat, not even an update. Orders shouldn’t take this long! I am in the process of trying to cancel the order now and get my money back- will see how it goes. Absolutely disappointed now that my son’s track season is basically half way through. Get your crap together or get out of this business, Baker’s!
Every time I order (15 times now? 20?) the order is shipped to the school or team, but we are charged shipping individually. Today, I tried to order two shirts, one pair of shorts, and one girdle. $100 order. They tried to charge $30 shipping. Our team coordinator said all orders are shipped to school, but bakers did not give me the option to check “ship to school”. If you want players to leave a good team, make them order their uniforms from Bakers! Two years in a row uniforms were shipped way after the agreed timeline. They will tell you “up to 6 weeks from when the online store closes” but plan on at least 8-10 weeks. This year, our uniforms are still not here after 7 weeks, and now Bakers says they will ship “in another few weeks.” They said that two weeks ago already. I have dealt with Will who works there . He has been nothing shy of amazing and delivering when stated . The service was a 10/10. Extremely helpful in any and every way. This was by far the easiest , quickest, most helpful uniform experience I have ever had. Very thankful for such a great contact.
High School Soccer team warm-up kits were ordered in October. Each family (over 30 athletes) paid a separate delivery charge on their order and the orders were designated "Ship to Home". A partial order was delivered to the school (not our home), but as of December 30th, the order had still not been completed. On December 30th, I emailed Baker's to get information about the order.
