3 months after purchase my team wear for the basketball team still has not reached me due to them losing it on the way to my house. 3 months! The order was $270 and for 2 months I couldn’t reach anyone no info on my delivery or my money. The new order was said to arrive one week ago today the information, that one piece is missing and won’t be shipped out with the rest of the order reached me. Unbelievable.
Ordered high school baseball uniforms and personal team store items before the posted deadline. Halfway through the season and they finally show up. Uniform sizes are weird. Order placed Jan 22. Showed up 5 Mar. 2 baseball pants and 3 sweatshirts. 6 weeks? Come on guys, do better, it’s 2026.
My middle school XC team placed t-shirt and sweatshirt orders through this company. The orders never arrived. It is difficult to contact anyone to find information. We were told there would be a 4-6 week turnaround for simple t-shirt orders. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Bad customer service and quality controls. Sent damaged product twice and keep making you jump through hoops for refund. Customer service doesn’t return calls timely. Order took almost 9 weeks and still never got it right. Was told the blemish on it wasn’t a big deal after they cleaned it once.
I went to almost every logo design, embroidery business in Jacksonville beach every one of them didn't want to take on a single item they only wanted to do bulk. This place was the least helpful out of all the places I visited. Telling me even if they did do one item it would be 3 weeks turnaround time. I really felt I was burden and they couldn't get rid of me fast enough from the momment I walked in. One of the guys was nice but then the other gentleman shut that down quickly.
