After my husbands car was hit in the parking lot we went to the security department to see if the had video of what happened. They did and described the entire situation to my husband. The lady hit his car backed up, parked in another location got out looked at the damage on her car then went into the building purchased her items and left. Not paying with anything identifiable. pick up service is non existent. 30-45 min wait times, and thats if you can finally get someone to answer the phone. one employee for all drive up orders. management just doesn't care

I used to do all my shopping via clicklist. Over the last few months the service has been awful. I finally decided to try Walmart instead after waiting 20 minutes when I was the only person waiting for my clicklist. I filed out my surveys and gave plenty of feedback, the manager always assured me it would change but didn't. After switching to Walmart and trying delivery and pick up, I'll no longer shop at Bakers.

No longer sending out ads in the weekly grocery ads. That will stop me from shopping at your store. I cannot even see your ad online. Fix it and please send out ads again or you are going to lose a lot of business
