They seemed professional at first, when they were trying to get me to use them, but things deteriorated and communication was slow and unclear. They were keen to bill me for the work they did, but it turns out they forgot to submit a big chunk of my income — which they plainly admitted I had provided to them and they noted they simply 'forgot to upload to cra' — and I received a notice for a reassessment with interest charges mid year. Errors found 3 years later and now we owe thousands in interest and penalties.
I would give zero stars if possible. I discovered errors in the tax forms provided and they had to be corrected. If not corrected, it would have resulted in several thousands of dollars in discrepancies. The managing partner who worked this account was unresponsive to followup requests and unapologetic.
