They seem professional but they're the most lousy, incompetent, lazy and money grabbing firm ever. We used them for business bookkeeping and taxes. They never filled any of the quarterly HST properly, we dropped everything sorted and did half of the work but they didn't do anything but charged us thousands and thousands of dollars in fees and hours that sounded ridiculous. Just because they didn't understand or do thinks properly, had 3-4 different people handling our account and had to email us or make communication to fill... read more
Mostly good experiences for years, until they decided, unilaterally and without warning, to stop doing our accounting and our declarations. Impossible to find a new accountant in time. If you're looking for unreliable people, with a customer service concept close to zero and no respect whatsoever, this company is made for you.
They seemed professional at first, when they were trying to get me to use them, but things deteriorated and communication was slow and unclear. They were keen to bill me for the work they did, but it turns out they forgot to submit a big chunk of my income — which they plainly admitted I had provided to them and they noted they simply 'forgot to upload to cra' — and I received a notice for a reassessment with interest charges mid year.
