Great people. knowledgeable and very helpful
I had a lovely experience filing my taxes here. The process was smooth, and Ms. Barker as well as Latoya guided me through everything I needed to understand. They even gave me the option to send my information via email when my schedule became busy, which I truly appreciated. They were very accommodating and worked around my schedule. I will definitely be back to file my taxes again.
Ms Baker is a lovely woman but she’s very disorganized. We went to here for help filing our business taxes, she showed up 30 minutes late with no apologies. Afterwards we sent her the documentation, followed up several times to no response. Her staff was also no help and incredibly unprofessional.
Very unsatisfied. Was very hard to get in touch with after initial contact in november, would leave messages with other staff and send emails and not get a call or email back for weeks or months. a year later finding out that some major business and personal deductions were missed and its amendment costing me $500 out of additional $1,000 refund I should have gotten back if it was done correctly. other simple mistakes like incorrectly spelling my street address when you have a scan of my ID. Be aware. They told me not to file s corp taxes because income was low and i just got slammed with 2800$ fine from IRS for not filing. Clueless people
