Trying to do something as simple as notarize some papers you'll be greeted with a very rude and nasty attitude. I've been notarizing contracts for the past 10 years and I've never had a problem at any other establishment but this place will give you a hard time with a very dismissive rude and nasty attitude. 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I had a lovely experience filing my taxes here. The process was smooth, and Ms. Barker as well as Latoya guided me through everything I needed to understand. They even gave me the option to send my information via email when my schedule became busy, which I truly appreciated. They were very accommodating and worked around my schedule. I will definitely be back to file my taxes again.
Ms Baker is a lovely woman but she’s very disorganized. We went to here for help filing our business taxes, she showed up 30 minutes late with no apologies. Afterwards we sent her the documentation, followed up several times to no response. Her staff was also no help and incredibly unprofessional.
