I lived at the Pickerington location for about 5 years. The pros are the location, great school district, always fun things down the street within walking distance, 2 playgrounds in walking distance. Great place for a starter family. You can't beat the price for what you get. It's a quiet neighborhood. The cons are management and maintenance.
