Michelle, the paralegal there was one of the most rude people I've dealt with while doing a transaction. Everyother email from her was needed ASAP, and she was "never wrong“ even though on a couple of times she was. You never bicker with a client, customer, or even potential future client on email or the like. That's common business sense, otherwise it leads to reviews like this and bad publicity.
