Our builder used Baker-Miller Lumber Company to build our home in 2025. When it came time to select options for flooring, cabinets, and countertops Ms. Shipe made the process easy. They had a wide selection of options and Ms. Shipe explained the differences between products. Important to us was to match and contrast selections so everything matched. We have been exclusively using Baker-Miller for all of our material needs on projects for years now. The sales reps are great at what they do and our clients apprciate the attention to detail when picking out products and finishes in the store's showroom. They are the best!
I am doing a $1m renovation on our home. Every part of it has bee enjoyable, working with very professional people..... except for Baker Miller. I ultimately had to fire the kitchen & bathe designer, Lori, as she went dark for weeks and would not return phone calls or emails. She said there was an email outage, which I confirmed with a colleague of hers that was not the truth.
