Dealing with these people was difficult. A simple question of do I transfer the money into account a) or b). they refused to answer except through my solicitor. So I had to waste money and time getting my solicitor to email them asking this simple question. They probably do this to extract money from their client in additional correspondence fees. But they will tell you it's the law. They are closed often so they take their time in responding to other lawyers requests. They want documents in paper and in duplicate. Most othe... read more
