I do not normally write reviews, but my experience with this firm was bad enough to justify it. Despite marketing themselves as “the best in the field,” my experience was the exact opposite. Communication was virtually nonexistent unless it involved sending an invoice. I was left in the dark about my own case and had to repeatedly follow up just to get the most basic information.
