Robert was great and answered all our questions and was very professional.
Dealing with too many things. Needed human compassion and direction. Spoke to Hannah and Robert Harper this morning. Hannah was sweet, actively listened and took such clear and concise notes that I had no need to reiterate them once Robert called.
