Way over priced product for what I received. 6 months in and the cushion covers moved which made them look messy and unkept. A 20k couch should not be like this. After dealing with the wonderful people of Cabot furniture they were able to rectify this by having an upholstery company fix them. I will never buy another piece of baker furniture and I will tell everyone who will listen my experience.

Terrible company. I will receive furniture tommorow. I have been waiting it for 1,5 year. Made two orders for a large amount of money from this store. The first order contained two bookshelves which arrived without marble shelves, they've been sitting in the apartment for two years now, the problem still has not been solved by the company. The second order was not delivered on time, and they made me pay an extra $ 2100 for storing furniture at a warehouse. Awful company. Do not work with this store ever. Beautiful product, professional customer service, always a pleasant transaction. Having recently had a miserable and costly experience elsewhere, I can truly appreciate the quality of Baker product, along with the ease of doing business with an A+ company.
