Yes, the tax collector's office in Baker county does offer good services. Unfortunately some of its employees are not always attentive. It could be because of their lack of gender diversity seeing how there's more women working there than men. overall the service is good and somewhat in a timely manner. And they do offer a wide variety of services in one facility when there's someone to see you for those services.

I am very impressed with the simplicity of this Tax/Tag location and it works great to benefit the people. Fast transaction and great customer service. Walked in picked a number waited briefly and up to the counter I walked and by the time I walked up everything was quick and I was out the door. Very impressed with the operational aspect of such a simple process other tax collectors office should take note.

I came on july 24 and Jessica Williams was my teller. She was kinda rude after I was relating the reason the tag was on my car and not the temp tag. She was very quick with me also while asking her a question she spoke to someone else without saying one moment. As I paid for my dl I said thank you and she didn't reply. I once more said thank you Jessica thinking saying her name would get a response but she called the next person as I'd I wasn't there. I was being respectful.
