The tax collector's office is terrible in Macclenny the motor vehicle department. We have been back and forth 6 times and they always tell us something different we need to bring in. The gave us a list of items we could bring and the form they are asking for is not on the list. The folks there are very rude!! This is the worst experience I have ever had!! Some changes need to be made. Brooklyn Hodges was very rude!!!

Yes, the tax collector's office in Baker county does offer good services. Unfortunately some of its employees are not always attentive. It could be because of their lack of gender diversity seeing how there's more women working there than men. overall the service is good and somewhat in a timely manner. And they do offer a wide variety of services in one facility when there's someone to see you for those services.

I am very impressed with the simplicity of this Tax/Tag location and it works great to benefit the people. Fast transaction and great customer service. Walked in picked a number waited briefly and up to the counter I walked and by the time I walked up everything was quick and I was out the door. Very impressed with the operational aspect of such a simple process other tax collectors office should take note.
