A truly wonderful experience at the Macclenney tax collector’s office today. Called yesterday to ask if they would allow me to schedule an appointment for my son, a Duval County resident, to get his temporary driving permit. They said sure. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was told to wait and I would be helped. Boy, was I helped. Jessica was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I brought all the required forms and she did the rest.
