The Senior Baker took my case & assured me I had a winning case and I did. But I lost my State & Federal hearing because Mr Baker FAILED to submit my package of evidence (emails, phone calls, notes & direct threats from my employer) in a timely manner. I filled out my initial questionnaire & provided ample documentation via email a week before my consultation. I paid the $100 fee & when I sat down in his office, Mr. Baker let me know he hadn’t had time to review any of my documentation.
