The owner contacted our office and an appointment was set for the following day on a Wednesday. We visited 2 of the owners locations. The following day, a Thursday, we provided a proposal for one of the projects which was small job. The owner had no Drawings, Plans or Permit approvals to perform the larger job they wanted complete.
