They have the best customer service. My cutter's wheel bearings went out today (Saturday after 5 o'clock). I called thinking i would leave a message and they would call me back with the wheel bearing sizes on Monday. To my wonderful surprise i received a phone call giving me the sizes on a Saturday night. They are the best. This is the second time their customer service has been out standing. They have gained a long time customer
