This company is a joke. Let me first start off with saying that nobody, should be treated the way I was. My grandmother passed away, leaving me a sum of cash that was invested into stocks with baird. When I turned of age to inherit it, I called this establishment, asking simple questions such as how do I aquire it? What are the steps? And other things someone at 18 wouldn't know. I have been using Baird for about 5 years now. It is so nice to be able to call Jeff or AJ and get an answer to my questions right away. Both are very friendly and helpful. My accounts have grown nicely, during this period of time.
