We just completed our closing with Baird Mandalas Brockstedt, and it was the worst settlement process we've ever had. We never heard from them while we were working through our documents with the bank, and then they gave us incorrect information a few days before the closing was to occur. It was a remote closing, which we'd never done before,, and they never gave us any understanding of what it entailed, what we would need to do, or anything else - we NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!
