Upon my arrival, I had to ring a door bell to get inside. Natalie let me in, barely said hello, and pointed to an empty room. The room was cold, the massage table was hard and only had sheets on it, no blanket. She didn't ask me if I had any body pain or injuries, didn't ask how my day was or if I'd been there before... barely spoke English. I requested a blanket which she found somewhere. Her massage was okay.
Natalie was very in tune with what I needed. She was gentle yet firm, she was experienced and confident. I enjoyed her massage very much.
Very pleasant experience. Best massage.
