Very nice and knowledgeable but could definitely be a little more professional. When I was escorted back to her office for my appointment she was sitting at her desk. I felt like I wasn't good enough for her to leave her office to come get me or get up from her desk. She didn't even show me the way out of the building. I had to find my own way out.
