I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location, primarily due to the elderly male owner. I mail packages here regularly, yet every visit he asks if they’re returns, even though I’ve explained numerous times that they are outgoing shipments and require a different scanning process. Today was especially frustrating. I brought in several packages, each with a FRAGILE sticker already applied. Whenever I visit that location, I consistently find a concerning number of expired products, with some exceeding their expiration dates by several months. Their attitude toward customers, especially in the post office, is quite unfriendly. They often ignore you and act as if they don't understand when you push back. The post office is the only thing that is keeping their business going.
