I hired Bain & McRae, and in particular Alton Bain, to help me with a difficult case involving my father, who had dementia, and the woman he recently married. It was essentially a guardianship case in which we wanted the state to provide oversight of her medical and financial decisions regarding my father’s care and affairs.
