If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Nick Bain was nothing short of a nightmare. He withdrew from my case without completing our agreement, which included seeing my case through to court. Despite repeated requests since November to set a court date, he ignored me, leaving my case in limbo. We are very thankful for Bain, Bowen & Moss. We hired Hilary Moss after our case for grandparents rights went absolutely nowhere for two years. She stepped in and went right to work for us, filing a motion the very afternoon we hired her. She kept us updated every step of the way and Hilary was accessible when we needed her.
