From an employee perspective, I like that I can learn and grow here, that the rules are clear, fair, and transparent, and that everyone is respectful. Friendly atmosphere! Also, maybe not the most important, but definitely adds up to everything, is the possibility of a hybrid/remote work. I like freedom, and I am a "night owl", working more efficiently at night, so this works great for me. But also, when I mentioned that I would like to start coming to the office after my bar exam, to learn more things in person (which I can... read more

I have learned so much from this job and continue to every single day. My coworkers are also very enjoyable to be around which is a huge plus. The clients are always very pleasant and professional to work with. Lastly, the benefits are awesome and there are several different options to choose from.
