Went to the Baimed Woonona Clinic for treatment for a lower back complaint two weeks ago & was impressed by the expertise and friendliness of all the staff. The physio that treated me, Sarah Parkinson, was both friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on. I really felt like I was in capable hands. The treatment was effective and really reduced my discomfort levels, and the exercises I was given have been helping heaps. I would highly recommend Baimed Woonona to anyone!!!
BaiMed Physiotherapy Woonona, my son sprained his ankle in his rugby league semi-final - he is aiming to play again in 2wks. Saw Physio Tristan Curry for initial appointment. My son is really happy with the exercise plan and advice Tristan has given him to work towards hopefully playing in the final. Highly recommend a visit if you have any issues that need sorting.

Baimed Physiotherapy Woonona, Sustained a Meniscus tear right knee and have been working with Physio Tristan Curry. This physio has been spot on with diagnosis from the start and his treatment including needling, massage and stretching has been great. I would also like to note that I have had problems with my hamstrings after years of tennis and Tristan has treated my Hamstrings and honestly they have never felt this good. 33 minute appointment which I thought was meant to be 1 hour according to their website - cost $160. Didn't get to ask many questions as a result. I like how they have an app that provides exercises to do but the plan I was given isn't realistic for me as I'm very time poor with young children. The 15 exercises provided took me 1 hour and I wouldn't be able to find time to do this daily like prescribed.
