Clean office, short waiting time and great health care from Dr Bailyn’s team
My initial impression was that one of the receiptionist was lazy and disinterested in responding to questions. I then got Ashley walton NPractioner who had zero bed side manner. She lacked basic humility. I found my experience nerve racking. Ashley wanted me to visit her every 3 months to get my medication renewed. With most clinics it is 6 months. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and need to get refills of my prenatal vitamins. I gave Dr. Bailyn's office a call for a refill. They filled it, but my insurance now doesn't cover those particular prenatals. I tried calling them back and sent a message informing them that I need a new prenatal. I didn't get a call back at all and didn't get a message back until hours later. They resent the same prescription that isn't covered. Tried calling again no answer, no call back.
