This was the best doctors visit I've ever had. To start, Caroline, who took my blood was so sweet and comforting. I'm a wussy when it comes to needles and I've had nurses poke me harshly because they were having a bad day or something. Caroline on the other hand was incredible. Apparently, this is not a practice you should visit if you value your time or basic service standards. Call me a stickler, but there is no world where I should be sitting in a waiting room for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. A delay like this means the practice either: 1. Does not manage its schedule wisely 2. Is greedy and overbooks on purpose 3. Is completely inept 4.
