I had a great experience at Baillio's purchasing a microwave. My salesperson Robert was very helpful and when seeing the microwave I wanted to order would take 2 weeks to arrive, he was able to find one that I could pick up that day. From the salesperson to the warehouse where I picked up my microwave, everyone was very professional and pleasant. Was great to see that high level of customer service still exists.

I bought a washer, dryer, and fridge from Baillios. 1. The delivery guys were Dumb and Dumber; asked to use my tools, dented the fridge, left back marks on washer and my walls. 2. Dryer stopped working after a week. Baillios came out and told me it was my outlet, so I paid $125 for an electrician to come out. Electrician told me the outlet was fine and that Baillios did not check the outlet properly or with the proper equipment. Another call to Baillios. They brought me another dryer. 3. The mattress. I bought a mattress from Baillios a couple years. The delivery team were shotty and jerkish. The little fat guy, started crap. talking about being the best. knocked over some pictures. after I asked if there's anything I could do to help. after they brought in the mattress. it had a tear in the bag. the side of the mattress was skidded up. they tried to cover it. Your appliance service is horrible. It is costly, and the technician shows up at his/her convenience. I was told that I would have a whole day window for the tech to arrive, and that he/she would call before showing up. It's bad enough to be given a half-day window, but Baillio's expects me to block out an entire day for service?! I wound up calling Ortega's. They are cheaper and provide a reasonable window of time.

Delivery driver took the appliance to the wrong address and they made me wait the rest of the day after I’d already jumped through hoops to get the allotted time off. Better yet, they didn’t even deliver it that same day. People on the phone didn’t even apologize either, or at least say I’d be the next delivery. Total incompetence.
